The Kilbirnie Hotel, Newquay (Cornwall)

The hotel is undergoing refurbishments, but my room was tired with a very small TV. The staff tried their best to accommodate my wife's dog allergy, but it wasn't the most relaxing experience. The location is amazing, close to beaches and restaurants, but some facilities are lacking.

The hotel room wasn't big enough for 3 people and needed a refresh. The tired rooms in need of upgrading were priced at £200 per night and were located at the back with a constant humming noise from a generator. On the bright side, the service was clear, and the onsite parking was helpful, although some staff members didn't seem enthusiastic. The location was a bit chaotic due to parking issues, but it was still within walking distance of attractions and had a sea view. The dining experience was decent, with room for improvement in the breakfast options. The facility offered hot breakfast and leisure facilities, maybe lacking some coffee options. Overall, the hotel has room for improvement but offers some positives for a stay.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms, but there are issues with the shower tap attachments. The location is convenient for various attractions, but there can be communication challenges. The service is friendly, though not without some minor errors. Dining may not suit all tastes, and the dining area could be cleaner.
